PDC-Europe Sleeve Labeling Systems
launches its
Even-Shrink Hot-Air Tunnel with
Rotating Container Technology

PDC-Europe's Even-Shrink Hot-Air Tunnel with
Rotating Container Technology handles and rotates each container/bottle separately inside
the tunnel, guaranteeing perfect film shrinkage even on high-speed, empty container
operations.
On PDC-Europe's Even-Shrink Hot-Air Tunnel
with Rotating Container Technology, each container is held by both ends and managed
individually inside the tunnel. The containers are rotated in front of the hot-air vents
and exposed evenly to the heat. This system results in a picture perfect shrinkage of the
label, exempt of any bubbles or shrink marks. By using this new engineering concept,
PDC-Europe has been able to successfully shrink 10 inch tall labels on 1.25 liter empty
PET bottles.
PDC-Europe's newest tunnel was developed to
meet the needs of plants where stream shrink systems are not suited; for high-speed, empty
container applications and for high-speed labeling operations of odd-shaped containers.
Along with our HC-Series Sleeve
Labelers, PDC-Europe's Even-Shrink Hot-Air Tunnel with Rotating Container
Technology is the ideal complement for state-of-the-art high-speed shrink
labeling operations.
